Terms of Agreement:
Free 20 minute consultation, followed by fees starting at $100/hour.
Sessions will be billed prior to each session, payable online.
Sessions are conducted over the phone (561-445-8018) or via Skype at Life Enrichment (Life Enrichment 18), at your scheduled time.
If you need to reschedule a session, you can do so within a minimum of 24 hours.
Should you fail to show for 2 appointments without notification or rescheduling, your Life Enrichment sessions will be reevaluated to determine whether coaching is suitable for you.
Fees are non-refundable.
Communication is encouraged between consultations via e-mail at Lifenrichment18@gmail.com
Emergency calls can be accommodated within a reasonable time-frame, as well as 10 complimentary "emergency minutes." Long-distance calls, however, will be fully-billed.

The Client hereby employs Life Enrichment 18, LLC. as a life coach/consultant for the purpose of client support and well-being, with respect to their self-awareness, goals, and strategic plans.

The client understands and agrees that Life Enrichment 18, LLC. is not an employment agent, financial analyst, psychotherapist or business manager.
Life Enrichment 18, LLC. will not be held accountable for the following:
Procure or attempt to procure employment, business or sales for the client.
Act as a psychotherapist or behavioral therapist.
